• "Game story describes fight for the Folvos planet! Aside from the stilted English in the readme file (such as "It is common that your units take damage if fights" and "Battlefield is divided into hexagonal fields like honeycomb simply called hexes", this turn-based strategy game is a welcome change from the plethora of match-3 games. Strategy hex-gamers used to such classics as Panzer General II will find this game to be a welcome addition to their wargaming chest. However, Folvos lacks some options that would make this game even better, such as an undo button ( Ack! I didn't mean to move there!), a prestige system (ala PGII, where veteran troops perform better than green troops), the ability to carry your forces from one scenario to the other (as it is now, don't worry about losing individual forces in each scenario, because when the next one begins you'll start with fresh ones), and defensive attacks (that is, your troops do not have any defensive attacks when they are shot at; any attacks must be made when it's your turn to move). That being said, WoF is still a nice game; it reminds me of an older console game called Military Madness." - ShotgunMosquito
• "The game is a panzer genral type scenerio. They do not let you objectivly overwhelm your enemy like you can in so many games. The limitations of the play and grid make it very frustrating. It would be a better game if it did not take so long to move your army. Graphics are basic and not very ethusiactic. The music is no good either. It is a good game to sit and relax too while talking on the phone" - paganbeergod
